Lynch Prompt 2: Community & Solidarity Musical Performance

Gospel choirs, like previous camp meetings of the Second Great Awakening, use repetition, call-and-response, and simple lyrics to ensure that everyone can participate. That's why it's so exciting; it's more than simply a song; it's a feeling of solidarity and community.
