Hello! My name is Evelyn Hudrlik, and I'm from Forest Lake, Minnesota. Admittedly, I picked this class mainly because I needed to fulfill a CORE credit, but also because I am interested in music, so the curriculum sounded like something I'd like to learn more about. I don't have a favorite gospel act, but I am excited to learn about religious songs and their rich history in America, particularly in African American culture.
