This link is to a music video called "Somos Sur" by Chilean artist Ana Tijoux and Palestinian artist Shadia Monsour. I thought this video would be relevant because the song itself is about marginalized groups in Latin America and Africa, and how colonialism affected the people who live there. The sense of community is the main point of the song, trying to get those who are a minority to embrace their history and culture, and to rise above the limits that colonialism set for them in the past.
